Paring knife forged from 15n20. The handle on this one is a coffin style, and it feels rather nice in the hand for detail work.
I am putting this one on sale straight away, simply for aesthetic reasons. The grind got away from me and the leaf/makers mark started to disappear. (doesn’t affect performance at all)
